We take this approach when responding to a specific issue or working on a defined project. We will meet with you to better understand the project, its aims, and challenges.  We will then work together over a period of days and/or weeks to push forward and complete the project.

We work with you on strategy, planning and problem solving, and helping you develop business skills and knowledge on how to plan and implement projects. In this approach, we give advice, teach skills, and conceptualise with you to produce practical results and enhance overall strategic thinking.

In this approach, we will meet with you periodically (monthly or quarterly) and we will review the performance of your institution / project together.  Our role is often about asking the ‘difficult’ questions and then helping you figure out the next steps.

Time management, avoiding self-sabotaging behaviour (like procrastination and distraction), finding clarity, and improving your decision making. When coaching we do not give advice. Instead, we help you find the answers from within yourselves.
